A HUGE THANK YOU to the Tournament Organisers, volunteers, captains, players, medics (Judy Jang) cameramen (Peter Yu and Sean Carless), referees (all 20 odd of you. Special thank you goes out to the full-time referee team Simon Bernie (TSG), Victoria Offland (TSG), Kotaro Fujita (JTA) and Trent Prestegar (CTTA) for your professionalism and dedication. Sean Carless & Antoni Barry for administration and making sure everything ran smoothly. Thank you to the Sports Depart We would like say THANK YOU to Simon Bernie (L6) for showing us the true SPIRIT OF THE GAME and coaching many referees on the day.
This year, over 100 people participated in the 2018 Taipei Touch Tournament with 7 teams entering the Mixed Open Division, they are as follows. Three teams from Hong Kong (Galaxy Touch, Thunder, and Nam Wah Catholic Seconday School), 1 team from Tokyo (Jonan Jokers Touch), 3 teams from Taipei (MIDAS Touch, Sexy Beasts, and Pacific Dragons). We thank you all for your support and participation, and we wish to see you again in the near future!

Congratulations to Pacific Dragons for winning the PLATE Trophy and Jonan Jokers Touch for winning the CUP Trophy!

Details for the 2018 Tournament are as follows:

Date: Saturday April 21^st, 2018
Times: 08:00 – 17:00
Locations: Xinzhuang  Athletics Field, Section 1, Zhonghua Road, Xingzhuang District, New Taipei City. https://goo.gl/maps/m1W1w36KAmL2

Field Size: 2 x 60 m (L) by 48 m artificial grass
Division: Mixed Opens

Team entry fee: NTD $14,000 (No Dinner)

Team Limits: Maximum 14 registered players per game. Team can have more than 14 players registered.

Playing Rules: FIT Playing Rules 4th Edition

Referees: Each team should nominate at least 3 referees. This is compulsory as it assists with the running of this tournament. There are only so many accredited referees here in Taipei, so we would greatly appreciate your assistance in this matter.

Due to logistical issues, this tournament is limited to One Mixed Open Division of 12 teams. We hope to have some overseas’ teams to enter this tournament and therefore reserve the right to accept or decline team registration based on the team’s experience, skill’s level and most recent ranking (tournament or leagues).

Please provide your full name (as shown on passport) and ID (Taiwan) passport number (Foreigners or visitors without TW ID) as we will purchase accident insurance for all players/officials/support staff who supplied the required information. Team Captains must sign the Indemnity Waiver Form on the day before the tournament.

Please EMAIL your expression of interest by 5:00 pm, 10th February 2018. Full Team Registration closes 5:00 pm, 16th March 2018. Teams must complete all fields in the Registration Form and email them to taipeitouchassociation@gmail.com.

裁判: 每隊必須提名最少3名裁判。這點非常重要，因為它能夠協助本屆錦標賽的運行。臺北有認證裁判是有限的，所以主辦單位非常感謝您的協助。

Overview: The Asian Club Championship (ACC ’17) is an International tournament – established in 2002

Over the years the tournament has been held in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Thailand & Cambodia – NOW in Manila, The Philippines!

The 2017 tournament will be staged in collaboration with Touch Pilipinas, so as to work as a catalyst for future development and promotion of the game with the goal to establish an annual international tournament in The Philippines.

Dear Touchers,

Following the national campaign to enhance the physical and mental health of Taiwan citizens by promoting the importance of playing sports, Chinese Taipei Touch Association, it’s affiliate Taipei Touch Association, Republic of China Rugby Union, and it’s co-organizers *  will be organizing a Touch Tournament along side the 71st National Rugby Championship.

Due to logistical issues, this tournament is limited to 8 teams per division (Men/Women/Mixed). Each division would need a minimum of four teams. The organizers reserve the right to accept or decline team registration based on the team’s experience, skill’s level and most recent ranking (tournament or local leagues).

Times: 08:00 – 17:00
Locations: Bailing Rugby Fields, Shilin District, Taipei City
Field Size: 2 x 60 m (L) by 48 m grass fields
Team entry fee: TWD $1,000

Playing Rules: FIT Playing Rules 4th Edition (for mixed division, minimum of 3 females on the field at all times).

Team Limits: Maximum 14 registered players per team.
Referees: Each team must nominate 4 referees with experience. This is compulsory as it assists with the running of this tournament. There are only so many accredited referees here in Taipei, so we would greatly appreciate your assistance in this matter.
